THE adults PROGRAM

Endurance-focused training designed to elevate your aerobic engine for HYROX cardio demands—SkiErg, RowErg, and sustained running.
This class targets aerobic capacity, lactate threshold, and muscular endurance through a structured mix of interval work, Zone 2 conditioning, and high-repetition efforts. You’ll develop greater efficiency, pacing control, and output across key HYROX machines and movements.
Expect extended bouts of running, biking, rowing, and skiing, paired with high-volume exercises and longer efforts that push your ability to maintain performance under fatigue.

This program develops the specific strength and power demands of HYROX racing. Through progressive strength cycles, athletes will improve speed-strength and force production, allowing them to move heavy loads more efficiently and at higher speeds.
Training targets cornerstone HYROX movements, with dedicated work on sled mechanics, carrying capacity, and explosive lower- and upper-body output.
